
Over 3,000 families purchased home through First Home Plus program
A total of 3,065 families have puchased a home through First Home Plus program, according to data from the Entrepreneurship Development Organization.
The total value of the homes purchased through the Program amounts to 3.87 billion lei.
The average age of the beneficiaries is 32 years. Most homes, numbering 2749, have been purchased in cities, while another 316 applicants chose to purchase a property in the villages of the Republic of Moldova.
The vast majority of beneficiaries opted for apartments, with only 386 families choosing houses.
ODA's data reveals that just during May 2025, a number of 295 beneficiaries received state guarantees worth 227.6 million lei through the First Home Plus Program, which enabled contracting of mortgage loans totaling 389.6 million lei.
The First Home Plus Program was officially launched in August 2024. Its aim is to facilitate access to housing financing.
